1. Software Licenses

Purchasing a product from NHSoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Commercial License to deploy, customize, and operate the digital software for your personal, commercial, or client solutions. You may not re-upload our raw source code as a competing marketplace template.

2. Payment Verification

All bKash and Nagad payments are processed through manual Send Money verification. The customer is responsible for providing their accurate Transaction ID (TrxID) and sender number. Fraudulent or forged transaction submissions will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Digital Download Access

Download access is granted once an administrator verifies the receipt of funds in the bank/mobile financial statement. Customers can download their purchased package from their customer dashboard up to the configurable limit.
