Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Software

Due to the irrevocable nature of downloadable digital software products and full source code access, refunds are generally not granted once the product ZIP file has been downloaded from the server.

2. Eligible Exceptions

You are eligible for a full refund or credit replacement if:

• You submitted payment but the transaction has not yet been approved or downloaded.
• A critical defect in the source code prevents execution and our engineering team is unable to provide a fix within 72 hours.
• Duplicate payments were accidentally transmitted for the same order.
